Within these sectors, he has performed in industrial manufacturing, healthcare, private equity and retail wealth management, diversified financial services, travel, engineering consulting and telecommunications. Paul is proficient in all aspects of human resources management and excels in strategy execution, enterprise wide change management, executive and management assessment, training, development and coaching, corporate communications, succession planning and M&A integration. He is a recipient of the Thomas Cook Group (UK) Leadership Award.
He was the former President, Innovators Alliance, a not-for-profit, networking organization for Presidents and CEOs of Ontario’s fastest growth companies which fosters sustained and superior business results through shared knowledge and experience. Paul has served on the Board of the Worldwide Customer Service Society as well as being a member of The Results Exchange Advisory Board and an International Member of the Advisory Board of Action Systems, Dallas, Texas.

Kim attained his MBA from the Rotman Business School (Toronto) and his Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
